These terms are an agreement between you and [OPERATOR] ("we") for playing Plant Life. By creating an account or playing, you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy.
Who can play
Plant Life is for players aged 13 or older. If you're under 18, you need permission from a parent or guardian, who agrees to these terms for you. One person, one account: keep your password private, and don't share, sell or transfer your account. You're responsible for what happens on your account.
Be kind: the rules
- No bullying, harassment, threats, hate or discrimination.
- No sexual content, and nothing that sexualises anyone. Adults must never seek private contact with younger players.
- Don't share personal information (yours or anyone else's): no addresses, phone numbers or social media handles.
- No spam, scams, advertising, or trying to move players to other services.
- No cheating, exploiting bugs, bots, or interfering with the game or its servers.
- Plant names must be friendly: no offensive names, and no pretending to be someone else, including staff or official mascots.
You can mute, block and report players from their Character Card. Reports are reviewed by people.
What we may do
To keep Plant Life safe, we may remove content, mask chat, and warn, suspend or close accounts that break these rules, with or without notice. If you think we got it wrong, write to [CONTACT EMAIL] from your account's email.
Coins and items
Coins and items are part of the game. They have no real-money value, can't be exchanged for money, and may change as the game grows. Real-money purchases aren't available during the beta.
A game in testing
Plant Life is a beta: things may break, change, be reset or go offline, and progress may occasionally be lost. The game is provided "as is", without warranties, to the extent the law allows. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the game.
Ending
You can stop playing and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may end the beta or these terms, and will tell players beforehand where we reasonably can.
Changes and law
We may update these terms; if a change is important we'll tell players before it applies. These terms are governed by the laws of [JURISDICTION], without limiting any rights you have under the laws where you live.
